⭐ Mum and Baby Class ⭐

This year I am teaching a Mum and Baby Class once a month on a Saturday morning - 10.30am-12.30pm in Craigavon.
I've missed teaching these classes, especially seeing bumps return as babies!

These classes include

❤️Baby Massage
❤️Baby Reflexology
❤️Baby Yoga
❤️Post Natal Yoga

Along with a cuppa and chat at the end of class 🥰

There are 3 spaces remaining in the first class of the year, Saturday 17th January.

This post is to tell you about what an Inspirational, Amazing Mum I have!
My wee Mummy turns 80 next month and to 'celebrate' she decided she would do a skydive to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society of Ireland. She has raised €6,000 and that amount is still growing 👏 she was calm yesterday morning before the jump, more than I was 🤣
I will share the link in my stories if anyone would like to donate ♥️
Can't wait to see what she'll do for her 90th!!

That's me back from my holiday, a fab time had in Italy and France! ☀️
I took time away from my phone, haven't been that active on social media and had loads of family time making plenty of memories 🥰

First class vs last class 🥰

Last week I said goodbye to these 3 buddies. Their Mums came to my pregnancy classes last year and have now just finished the Mum and Baby classes.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I just love this job! Meeting all the lovely ladies that come to the class and then seeing bumps become babies 🩷💙
