It is important to go within, to love yourself for who you are, for what you are becoming and as long as you are keeping your vibration high...YOU WILL BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THR WORLD!

We often think that moving home, job, relationships will make us happier. You could move to the other side of the world and have all the same issues, unless you do the deep inner work first. If you are constantly finding fault with yourself and others, blaming everyone for who and where you are, then you need to reflect and let go of all the preconceived ideas and lose the baggage before you go.... Only then will you find peace!

Our shoulders carry the heaviest energy. All the should of and could of and wishing our life away on the wrong people and places. All that chatter weighs heavy not only on the mind but the body too. Ask the Angels to assist you today and everyday to release the heavy burdens you are carrying, whether it be mental, physical or emotional baggage. Life throws so many obstacles at us and it is important to discern what you can handle and what to let go of. Brush your shoulders down when you are in the shower, let thr water cleanse and rinse away all that needs to be removed from your energy.

It is difficult to keep a positive mindset all the time, we all can have a bad day. The mind likes to give us challenges, things to worry about unnecessarily and keep us awake at night. Worrying about what others think of you is also a big hurdle, dont allow the opinions of others cause rust around your heart. Love is the new vibration, it is our destination and it is important to live and give from the heart. Protect your heart and mind at all times, there are people who will no longer resonate with you and that is okay....

LET THEM GO, keep rising, keep loving and enjoy the new adventure!

Monday is always a good day to create change. There is no point moaning about others doing great things when you are doing nothing to move forward towards your dreams. Sometimes we can be doing too much to manifest something, I like to keep things simple....
