Over the years there have been many lessons, dark days of turmoil, rejection and self sabotage.

At times we value the opinions of others more than we trust our own inner knowing and that can lead us on a downward spiral of self depreciation and doubt. Your heart knows what you need to heal you. You are your own compass and it is important to trust your heart when it guides you away from people and situations that disturb your peace of mind. Be proud of the challenges that caused you anger, grief and perhaps broke you into so many pieces that you didn't know if you could put yourself together again.

You know you are healing when you can walk away and keep the drama at a distance. You have enough of your own stuff without sending out invitations to disturb your peace!

Take time today for yourself today. Rest and refresh your energies, it has been a busy start to the year for so many and it is important to ground yourself in the energies of today's new moon. The new moon brings change, a promise of spring and the need to be grounded. So many accidents and mishaps can happen when the moon is dark, so be conscious of what you are doing at all times...

3/1/26 A beach in Donegal, planting crystals and seeds of intention for more light and healing in the year ahead. Being still, sitting with nature, I was the only person on the beach, no distractions, only Peace. So blessed to enjoy and absorb the lightcodes from the sun on the water.

If you find me in nature, DO NOT DISTURB!

It may be Winter outside, but in my heart it is always spring. Make time for silence, for nature and self healing. Dont let the weather forecast stop you from getting outdoors or you will always be leaving things until tomorrow. Make the effort today, the light always shows up, so enjoy it!
