I always say that family can be your biggest supporters or you largest obstacle, the ones who trigger you and your beliefs. Sometimes you have to honour what is best for you and your peace, stop knocking on doors that will never open and letting go of the resentment that ignorance can cause. Sometimes life can become a little more peaceful when the only person you have to run after is yourself! Looking after yourself can be a full time job, don't get bogged down in the explanations, just let it go.
