Yesterday we had the privilege of attending the ‘Recovery in Motion’ Addiction Recovery Conference 2025. It was an incredible day filled with inspiring and deeply moving stories of recovery, resilience, and healing.

We came away encouraged and reminded of the power of hope, community, and the human spirit on the journey of recovery.

Today is a day to raise awareness and come together to challenge stigma and nurture conversations. Su***de is happening and people are struggling. We should not ignore this.

If you are concerned about someone you love do not hesitate to reach out to them. If you yourself are struggling with thoughts of su***de please know you are not alone.

One of the ways we can offer support is through our walk-in counselling service which provides a safe and welcoming space. No appointment needed and for anyone who needs to talk, to be listened to, or simply to feel supported.

We attended this event today to become better informed about what young people are saying about their experience of social media, particularly in relation to their mental health and well-being . It was encouraging to hear of the commitment from government to protect children and young people online, and hold platforms to account for the inappropriate content their algorithms are promoting to its users.
