Since the 1st Feb I set a challenge to walk 11,000 steps a day for cf . I decided to continue until I hit one million. I have loved this challenge I have lost 8lb and got slimmer of the week 3 times ( including today 🥳) and hit 777,070 steps so far 🎉🎉.
