Normalize doing health things together 💙💬

Getting tested doesn’t have to be a big, scary “solo mission.”

Go with a friend, make it part of your catch-up, grab a snack after - whatever makes it feel easier.

Looking after your sexual health is better with support, and testing regularly is one of the simplest ways to protect yourself and the people you care about.

Today we mark Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDoR) - a day to honour and remember the trans people around the world who have lost their lives to anti-trans violence 🏳️‍⚧️

It’s a moment to pause, reflect and stand in solidarity with the trans community, recognising both the lives lost and the ongoing need for safety, visibility and support.

We’re committed to creating a space where trans people feel respected, included and able to access care without judgement.

🏳️‍⚧️ If you’d like to join the local vigil and film screening, Pride in Luton’s Trans Admin are hosting an event tonight at The Factory.

🎟️ Tickets are free and can be booked via the Culture Trust website.

🌈 Transgender Awareness Week is a time to celebrate the incredible trans people in our lives and to recognise the organisations and advocates working every day to create safer, more inclusive communities.

It’s also a time to reflect on the prejudice and discrimination that trans people continue to face, and to stand together in solidarity and support 💙

The week leads into Trans Day of Remembrance (20th November) - a day to honour and remember trans people across the world who have lost their lives to anti-trans violence.

🏳️‍⚧️ Pride in Luton’s Trans Admin are holding a free vigil and film screening for TDoR at The Factory on 20th November.

🎟️ Tickets are free but must be booked online via the Culture Trust: www.culturetrust.com/book/503203

Online content is changing fast and not always in healthy ways 👀

AI-generated videos and explicit material are becoming harder to spot, and they can shape how young people think about relationships and consent.

As Kelsie explains, parents play a huge role in keeping those conversations open 💬

Check in, ask questions and stay curious about what your children are seeing online 💙
