wanted to share something a little personal -

I've always been open about the struggles I've faced with accessing and staying in therapy. It was a big part of why I created X-4RCE. However I've recently been undergoing hypnotherapy with and I wanted to share a video I've made with Melissa about what it is she does and the impact its had on me.
