Thursday Thoughts!

Looking to get out, get active and look after your mental well-being? You don’t need to be a pro. You don’t need to know anyone. Just come down, join in, and be yourself.

Our weekly football sessions are about more than the game — they’re about connection, confidence and community.

If you’ve been feeling low, stressed, isolated, or just need a space to clear your head — this space is for you.

No judgement. No pressure. Just real people supporting each other.

📍
⏱ 6:45PM – 8:00PM every Wednesday
👥 All men 16+ welcome (16–17 with parent/guardian permission)
💰 Free to attend

Come as you are.

Let’s move, talk, laugh and support each other.
Your mental health matters. You are not alone.

Yesterday we joined the Employment, Education, Training, and Health & Wellbeing event in collaboration with at as part of X-4RCE CIC.

It was great connecting with local organisations and individuals who are helping make a positive change in our community.

At X-4RCE we support men’s mental health and personal growth, helping men build confidence, develop purpose, and explore who they want to be.

Thanks to everyone who came to chat and share their stories. The passion for change in Luton is powerful. 💙

Massive thank you for all the help raising an insane £1937!

This goes towards the X-4RCE Minibus, a new project we hope to launch in 2026!

If you want to help, go to www.x-4rce.com and donate towards the cause!

Thank you 😊

Behind every X-4RCE group, workshop or BootCamp session is a whole lot of unseen work:

📌 Answering messages from men who are struggling

📌 Filling out funding applications and checking for new grants

📌 Keeping up with accounts and reports

📌 Writing and reviewing policies

📌 Meeting with partner organisations

📌 Organising guest speakers and new opportunities

📌 Responding to emails (lots of them!)

📌 Doing it all while thinking about how to grow and sustain what we’ve built

It’s not always visible, but it’s constant, and it’s all worth it to make sure the men who come to us feel safe, supported, and seen.

Thank you to everyone who supports us, in ways big and small.

Every Tuesday evening, we do something simple but powerful: sit, talk, and listen. No pressure, no judgement, just men showing up for themselves and each other.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign.
