What a wonderful first yoga session we had today.

All the children (and parents!) did great for their first ever class. A total of 8 new families joining in with this week’s preschool yoga.

I really appreciate the support as it’s often tough getting new classes up and running.

This is my favourite Valentine’s clip between a newborn and his big sister. Baby massage is suitable for the whole family and a great way for siblings to bond. This baby attended some of my first baby massage courses way back in 2020.

You can drop by each week for £5, your first session is totally free.
