Meet Rachael, Finance Manager with our family at Bluebird Care Fareham, and finalist of our Team Member of the Year Award at our 2023 Bluebird Care Awards 🏆

Rachael joined our Bluebird Care family after returning to work following the birth of her first child, seeking a role that she was passionate about and allowed her to make a difference 🤗
