My poor patient had been experiencing pain to his big toe for a long time. I finally found the culprit under a not so attached nail... an ulcerl! Since it's been exposed, cleaned and dressed the pain has decreased and my patient is now comfortable.

Foot and Nail Care costs from 1st April 2026:
First initial appointment: Ā£37 which includes a full neurovascular assessment of your feet, treatment and advice.

Follow up appointments: Ā£30

Neurovascular assessments will be repeated at differing frequencies based on individual risk levels.

*Please note: Patients who have not been seen for 12 months or more not reviewed will need to complete a new initial assessment

Hi everyone, I hadnā€™t realised how much time had passed since my last post! Last month marked 2 years since I qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner and started my business, Morrison Foot Care. I canā€™t believe how quickly the time has flown, and Iā€™m so grateful for all the wonderful patients Iā€™ve met, treated, and continue to see.

My poor client has been unable to cut their own nails for a while now. Over time they had increasing pain to foot and thought enough was enough. I visited and could instantly see the problem. Their 4th toenail had been digging into their third toe. It must have been so uncomfortable for. I'm so pleased to have given them some relief.

This was a shock for both me and my patient when checking their feet before treatment. It emphasises the importance of checking your feet and footwear before putting socks and shoes on, especially when you have less feeling in your feet. Luckily this didn't cause any skin damage.
