ADHD Awareness Month is observed annually in October and aims to educate the public about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, a neurodevelopmental condition that affects both children and adults. The month is dedicated to raising awareness, promoting understanding, debunking myths, and providing reliable information to support those affected by ADHD. The color orange, and an orange ribbon, symbolize the month as a representation of hope and support for individuals and families.

We’re proud to share this inclusive event dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

It’s a brilliant opportunity to:
✅ Get your blood pressure & blood sugars checked
✅ Speak with healthcare professionals
✅ Join a chair-based exercise demo (5:30pm & 6:30pm)
✅ Pick up free healthy food samples & recipes
✅ Book a Home Fire Safety Visit
✅ Collect a free goody bag!

Come along to our Community Coffee Mornings! ☕

Every Thursday, 10:30 til 12:30 at Futures House in Hall 2.

What to expect;
- Free hot drinks and pastry
- A warm welcome space to relax
- Some new friends for a chat
- Board games, sudokus, colouring books to keep everyone of all ages entertained!

We will also be announcing a programme of different support services that will be attending these Coffee Mornings.
