Ranging from 1 Year to a whopping 9 Years this month...we are so proud to have you continue to work with us!

Each year of service represents trust, consistency, and the difference our carers make in supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes. 💙

💊💊Medication Safety Matters💊💊

Giving medication safely isn’t just about the right medicine — it’s also about the right timing and the right route of administration. Medications must be given at the correct intervals to avoid missed, delayed or double doses, and only via the route prescribed (such as oral, topical, inhaled or injection).

Clear instructions, accurate records and following care plans help ensure medicines are effective and reduce the risk of harm. Taking the time to check when and how medication should be given is a vital part of safe, high-quality care.

📌Thinking about a career that truly makes a difference? 🤪

A career in care is more than a job — it’s about supporting independence, building meaningful relationships, and being there for someone when it matters most. Every day brings the opportunity to make a positive impact, whether that’s through a kind word, practical support, or helping someone live life on their own terms.

We’re proud of the compassionate, dedicated team who deliver high-quality, person-centred care in our community — and we’re always keen to welcome people who share our values. If you’re reliable, caring and looking for work that’s rewarding and purposeful, a career in care could be the right step for you.

📩 If you’d like to learn more about joining our team, get in touch or keep an eye on our page for upcoming opportunities.

Today we recognise World Braille Day, a day that highlights the importance of accessibility, inclusion and equal access to information for people who are blind or visually impaired.

Braille is more than a reading system – it supports independence, communication and dignity. In care settings, understanding and respecting different ways people access information helps ensure everyone feels empowered, heard and supported.

On World Braille Day, we’re reminded that inclusive care means adapting our approach to meet individual needs and ensuring no one is excluded from understanding their own care, choices or world around them.
