💙 If You’re Worried Your Carer Is Late

We understand that if a carer is running late, it can feel worrying — especially when you’re expecting support at a specific time 💙

If your carer has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe and you are concerned, please contact your local branch straight away. Our office team can check schedules, provide updates, and offer reassurance.

Sometimes delays can happen due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, but you should never feel unsure about what to do.

We’re here to support you — just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Supporting a healthy immune system isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about consistent, everyday habits 💙

Simple routines such as eating well, staying hydrated, getting enough rest, enjoying gentle movement, and spending time in fresh air can all help support overall wellbeing.

In home care, we understand that small daily actions can make a meaningful difference — especially during seasonal changes.

If you or a loved one have health concerns, speaking to a GP or healthcare professional is always the best step.

Wellbeing starts with care, consistency, and support.

Understanding the early signs of dementia can help ensure the right support is put in place at the right time đź’™

Changes such as memory difficulties, confusion around time, challenges with familiar tasks, or noticeable changes in mood can sometimes be early indicators that someone may need further assessment.

It’s important to remember that occasional forgetfulness can be a normal part of ageing. However, if changes are persistent or beginning to affect daily life, speaking to a GP is always a positive first step.

Early conversations can make a meaningful difference — and support is available for both individuals and families.

Today is World Social Justice Day đź’™

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported — in their home and in their community.

In home care, social justice means promoting dignity, inclusion, and equal access to compassionate support, tailored to each individual’s needs.

We’re proud to play our part in supporting people to live independently, with respect and fairness at the heart of everything we do.
