Thank you to everyone for all your kind comments on my retirement. I recieved an array of cards and goodies and felt quiet overwelmed , but sad at the same time . I will miss treating and all my patients as I
previously said, but time for a new chapter. Thank you all again.

My last day at work tomorrow before retirement. Mixed emotions. Sad as will miss treating and all the patients. Happy though to have more time for Tri training and holidays. Hopefully my wife Sandra will cope😂

Hi, everybody .
I am retiring on 1st September 2025. I would just like to say thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last 27 years. It has been a privilege to work as a physiotherapist and treat so many patients (approx7,500).
I will miss the work and especially the people, but it is time to move onto pastures new and so goodbye to physiofit. So thank you all again.
Now back to work for 1 more month!

Busy as usual in the clinic and seeing lots of back,neck and sports injuries. This hot weather remember to stay well hydrated especially during sport. I have seen three calf injuries this week which were probably caused by dehydration. personally I use the dehydration tablets in my water, which dose avoid those sugary drinks.

I have entered Swim Serpentine in the Lake in Hyde Park, taking place on the 14th September 2024, with the challenge of swimming two miles to help raise money for the charity Nerve Tumours U.K. At present I have been swimming my limit of 1 mile on Saturdays and need to double this distance over the next 10 weeks.
If you feel you can donate any amount , that would be great. Thank you x

I manged my triathlon in a reasonable time and the London 60 mile bike ride the week after. My next challenge is a two mile swim in the serpentine, as I can only swim a mile, it is a bit of a challenge. Fortunately its not till September so all summer to train.
Staying fit and injury free gets harder as you get a little older, but the same rules apply warm up and plenty of stretching, especially post sport.

Spring is in the air as they say, so looking at triathlons for the new season.I Have entered the Box end Triathlon on May 29th . Will inspire me to keep training.

Good morning everyone. In the run up to Christmas , we ask that when attending you continue to wear a mask while in the clinic and use the sanitizer provided.
The Clinic will remain open until 7pm Thursday 23rd December and will re-open on Monday 3rd January 2022.
