No pressure. No expectations.
Just walking side by side.
Sometimes, that’s when the conversations happen.

Last Sunday of every month.
Come along.

If you made it through the week, that counts.
Even if it didnt’t look how you wanted.
Even if it felt messy.
You’re still here. That matters.

08/04/2026

You don’t need a full reset.
Just a shift.
Save this for the days you need it.

06/04/2026

Some days it’s not about turning everything around.
It’s about getting through the next hour.

Go for a walk.
Text someone.
Have a shower.

Small steps count.
You don’t have to carry it all at once.

If today feels heavy, start small.

More events.
More challenges.
More conversations that matter.

We’re not slowing down…
we’re building something.

Every walk.
Every conversation.
Every person that shows up.

It all adds up.

Because this isn’t just about one day or one event.
It’s about creating a space where men feel seen, heard, and supported. Consistently.

There’s more coming.
More opportunities to get involved.
More chances to stand side by side.

We move forward together. Always.

Awareness saves lives.
But only if we keep talking.

Not just when it’s trending.
Not just when something tragic happens.
But in the quiet, normal, everyday moments.

Because most people don’t say “I’m struggling.”
They say “I’m just tired.”
“I’ve got a lot on.”
“I’m fine.”

And if we’re not paying attention, we miss it.

A simple conversation can change everything.
A message. A check-in. A “how are you, really?”

You don’t need the perfect words.
You just need to be there.

Keep talking.
Keep asking.
Keep showing up.

Because awareness isn’t just a post, it’s what we do with it that saves lives.

Thank you for being here.

For every message shared, every walk attended, every quiet moment of support, it matters more than you probably realise.

Brother 2 Brother isn’t just about us… it’s about all of us.
It’s about showing up, even when it’s hard.
It’s about reminding each other that no one has to carry things alone. It’s about showing others that it’s o.k

We’re building something that challenges the silence around men’s mental health, but we can’t do it without you.

So if you’ve been here supporting, sharing, or simply following along… thank you.
And if you feel able, help us keep this going. Start a conversation. Check in on someone. Share what we’re doing.

Together, we can raise awareness.
Together, we can reduce the stigma.
Together, we can make it easier for men to speak.

Men’s walk & talk, last Sunday of every month

Sometimes it’s not about having the right words.
It’s just about being around people who understand.

That’s what this is.

No pressure to talk.
No expectation to open up.
Just a walk, fresh air, and good people.

And if a conversation happens along the way… it happens.

We’ve seen it time and time again—
men arriving quiet, unsure, keeping things to themselves…
and leaving that little bit lighter.

You don’t have to carry everything on your own.

Join us for our next walk & talk
Everyone welcome
Free refreshments after

Just show up, we’ll walk the rest together.

You don’t need to be struggling yourself to support someone else.
You just need to notice and care enough to ask again.

If something feels off — ask.
If they seem quieter — ask.
If their mood has changed — ask.

Don’t just ask once.

Ask twice.
Ask properly.
Ask like you mean it.

“Are you actually okay?”
“Do you want to talk about anything?”

Because sometimes the first “I’m fine” isn’t the truth… it’s just protection.

Talking doesn’t make things worse.
Silence does.
