It’s so humbling to receive a special mention when a client moves away to another part of the country. It’s sad too; as I miss you as much as you’ll miss me, 🥲although it’s exciting to have a new adventure begin. 🙌

I received this lovely card and flowers having enjoyed many visits from this interesting and wonderful lady.

It’s sad to say goodbye, so “See you again” remains my farewell favourite. 😍

It was such an honour and delight to attend the Caithness Chamber of Commerce Awards Event last night as guests of Caledonia Dallas. Fantastic company, food and entertainment at The Norseman Hotel. It’s always a pleasure meeting up with my old BNI Tuath buddies again!

I've been blown away by the generosity shown and I'm thrilled to have been able to offer clients discounted treatments, due to your generous donations.

Since launching, we have received £358 in donations. Donations have ranged from £4 to £100. Every single £ is gratefully received and makes a difference, so a heartfelt "thank you" from me and the recipients!

£140 has been redeemed in subsidised treatments, leaving us with £218 in the pot for future appointments. We're currently offering a 50% reduction in treatment cost.

Any cancer patient who is in active treatment is welcome to a subsidised treatment (providing we have funds available). They DO NOT have to be an existing Country Spa customer to benefit.

Was lucky enough to dodge the rain this morning during a quick walk around the Occumster portion of the John O’Groats trail with new trail manager Laura. I do feel so privileged to experience this beautiful scenery every day. It’s lovely that others can enjoy it too.

What a beautiful city Prague is. The perfect location to celebrate my sister’s special birthday 🥰. So much to see and do there. Spent 4 days on the go from breakfast to supper and glad to be home for a rest! Have you ever visited?
