Due to the rising costs in running a small business, I am being forced to increase my prices as from 1st January 2026

For a first visit which includes the compulsory consultation the cost will be £50 and follow up treatments will be £47
I have kept my increase as low as possible by just £2 per treatment, and trust you will understand

No one likes having cold feet, but it's not good for you either. We've outlined some top tips to help you keep your feet warm over winter.

Avoid having bare feet
Make sure to always wear socks, slippers or shoes around the house. If your feet get cold at night, then go to bed wearing socks

Keep your socks and feet dry
If your socks or feet get wet, heat is transferred away from them, so make sure to wear dry waterproof shoes when you go out.

Put your feet up or keep moving
If you're sat down, keep your feet up on a stool – hot air rises, so floor level is likely to be the coldest part of a room. If you're at home, try and move your legs around to keep blood circulating to your feet.

Opt for woolly socks
Wear woolly socks or socks containing an insulating material in the winter to keep your feet warm.

The couple involved in the below reported accident, had just left LYDNEY FOOTCARE CLINC where the husband had been to have his feet treated. They were both elderly and very frail and were crossing the road on the high street in front of the clinic when the accident happened.
Well done to Olga Jones, Podiatrist, who acted swiftly and confidently in treating the wounds incurred, and to all of the other wonderful people who came to the couple’s aid.

Well done to Ms OLGA JONES, MSK & Sports Podiatrist who together with her colleague Mr ABID HUSSAIN, Specialist in Podiatric Sports Medicine have written this most informative paper on foot and ankle rehabilitation.

Ankle sprains can be really painful. I experience a really nasty one earlier this year, so badly sprained that I had to attend my stepmother’s funeral in a wheelchair 😳
