A Charleston class by Lyn and Gerry
A sing along of carols and Christmas tunes with Beth
All finished with hot chocolate and mine pie Bakewell!

Today marked a whole year of the men’s mental health group - Chilly Dips and Talking Sh*t

Barry has done an amazing job in creating this group - It’s been a wonderful year getting to know everyone, seeing it grow and friendships formed. Theres banter and a million coffees drunk every time we see them - it’s been brilliant!

if you would like to come along, they meet the last Saturday of the month 9:30am but they also come most Saturdays on the 9am swim session too
They have a Facebook group or just come down and join in
