YES WE ARE TAKING ON NEW PATIENTS!!!!!
Due to an increase in demand we have added more clinics and now have 4/5 eye clinics and 1 hearing clinic EVERY WEEK!
We are taking on both new NHS (eye clinics only) and private patients .You can book online via our website at armstrongandnorth.com or by phoning us on 01594 844956.
We have some appointments left this week, so why not book an appointment and come see us in our new practice? We have reserved parking spaces at the back of the shop for patient use only.

We have some exciting news! We are on the move in the next few days. We will be located just down the road from our existing premises, opposite Greggs (in the old Dillons building). After being in the current shop for over 25 years we have sadly outgrown it. All the current team members will be moving too and look forward to seeing both existing and new patients. What have we done at Armstrong and North Opticians and Hearing Care to help protect our patients?

Following the government’s announcement at 8.30pm 23rd March 2020.

With immediate effect, we will only be taking Essential, Urgent and Key Worker appointments.

Firstly, we sincerely hope that all our patients, friends and their families are managing to keep safe and well during these difficult, unexpected and unprecedented times.
We have been very closely monitoring and following all the latest advice from the NHS and following the latest government advice we are now only taking essential, urgent and key worker appointments.

As an NHS primary care service provider it is essential we remain able to see any patients that feel that their eye care or hearing care needs are essential or an emergency and we are now in the process of rescheduling any appointments that are deemed to be routine and NOT of an urgent or necessary nature.

Your calls will still be answered, and future appointments can still be made. If urgent or necessary you will be directed to our closest available optometrist, dispensing optician or audiologist at the earliest possible time.
