Our Reformer Jumpboard classes offer 30 minutes of thorough full-body workout and will add a fun twist to your Pilates routine. Think of it as cardio combined with control, coordination, core engagement, and balance β all while enjoying the process.
So what is jump board reformers Pilates?
A jump board is a padded board that sits at the foot of the Reformer, replacing the foot bar. Youβre essentially lying down whilst jumping!
Jump board is a fabulous substitute for any high impact form of exercise. Whether that be running, HIIT etc. The springs are designed to give you a fraction of the impact you would normally receive standing up, therefore, it is safer on the joints whilst still working the muscles in a controlled way.
