Lovely feedback from a patient.
"I have been blown away with how amazing are! Janine is outstanding and it has been wonderful to have a hand specialist physio.
My wrist is well and truly on the road to recovery and we are finally as in a little bit of load back on forward even though it will be a couple of weeks until I’m allowed to do any push-ups (and she has told me they have to be on my knees at first) she has looked at the whole bio mechanics of my arm and shoulder.
It turns out that I have one scapular that sits lower on my right hand side need some extra strengthening so she has given me some extra bits to do this but this would also explain so many of the problems I have right side, this also possibly explains why the injury happened in the first place based on the way by shoulder moves in relation to what I was asking to do with it. I have also been working on rotator strengthening on that side and it has been an absolute game changer and I really couldn’t recommend them more.
Thank you my too, so glad they are on your physio list and super local to me too! Really happy that finally the pain has subsided going into Christmas and strength will gradually return in 2026!
It has taught me that patience is so important!
