Studio set up this morning for a gentle Pilates class.
The balls are great for encouraging relaxation and support for those less able.
Nobody is expected to do anything they’re uncomfortable with, although the instructor may gently encourage you to challenge yourself more.
Our group classes of various levels aim to help you get the best from your body, with experienced instructors taking individual abilities and limitations into account in a safe environment.
And of course these balls can be used for more advanced classes - pushing you possibly outside your comfort zone, challenging core and balance and strength!
