Physiotherapy plays a vital role in supporting people with long-term neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, MS, and brain injury.
Neurological physiotherapy focuses on improving movement, balance, and strength, helping individuals stay independent and confident in daily life. It can also help manage stiffness, pain, and spasticity, reduce falls risk, and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Whether a condition is stable or progressive, physiotherapy offers long-term, person-centred support to help people move better and live well.
At Viney Hall we tailor treatment to each individual’s condition, goals, symptoms, and stage of progression. It may involve hands-on therapy, movement re-education, exercise programmes, balance training, and advice for everyday activities.
We also have the luxury of being able to use our Reformer Pilates machines to help with balance, range of movement, strength and coordination and provide Pilates classes specifically for those living with MS and high intensity (HIIT) classes for those with Parkinson’s disease.
