Gentle stretches before you start.
Pace yourself.
Take frequent breaks.
Change jobs often.

Many major diseases that plague us, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, depression, and Alzheimer's, have been linked to chronic inflammation.
Studies have shown that some components of foods and drinks may have anti-inflammatory effects and conversely some foods and drinks can make inflammation worse.
So watching what we put in our bodies can really have an affect.
