We have 2 nervous systems, sympathetic and parasympathetic.
The latter is responsible for ‘rest and digest’
When we are in fight or flight mode, or high anxiety, your tummy isn’t bothered about digestion as you’re in a survival state
However when you relax, that’s when the magic can happen and your digestive process kicks in… a sign of deep relaxation 🙌
I love it as I know I’m doing my job properly 😂
