CSP, HCPC, SOMM Dip, is a Senior Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist who qualified in 2009 from the University of Birmingham. Sara’s passion has always been within the sporting environment, enabling people to maximize their potential by treating and preventing injury. With a strong link to sport, Sara has also worked as physiotherapist for Coventry Rugby Club as their full time physio attending their Championship training and matches, Birmingham University RFU, Worcester Warriors RFU, and most recently to date has just finished her 3rd season with Honiton RFU. Not only talented in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, Sara has further qualifications in Pilates, massage and Acupunctue and actively uses her knowledge to advance her own training regime. Sara also works full time in the NHS as a specialist Musculoskeletal physiotherapist treating a wide variety of work, sport and traumatic injuries. Living locally and Working from within our Lyme Regis Club Sara will be able to offer a variety of remedial and preventative treatments, helping members to be in tip-top condition. Sara maintains her own fitness by competing in the ladies A team for Lyme Regis Gig club, running, cycling and playing netball, so if you see her out and about have a chat and arrange an appointment
