The first in a growing collection of Social Prescribing Resource Sheets created by Jurassic Coast Social Prescribers, bringing together trusted information, local support options, and practical guidance - in this case, to help anyone experiencing mental health challenges or supporting someone who is.

💚 Around 1 in 4 adults in the UK experience a mental health problem each year (Mind, 2023). Anxiety, depression, stress - these are common, not rare.

Weldmar Hospicecare is launching a new Bereavement Cafe in Lyme Regis this September, providing a vital local support network for anyone experiencing grief.

Starting today on Wednesday 3rd September at 10am - 12pm and running on the 1st Wednesday of every month.

The cafe will be hosted at Waffle Lyme Regis on Broad Street and welcomes all, regardless of whether their loved one was cared for by Weldmar.
