I was originally taught 'Ki'/'Chi' energy 25 years ago as a teenager as part of my Martial Arts training. I was taught what it was, how to use it for myself, how to use it with others and how to use it generally in daily life etc. Since that time I have been using it frequently to help heal myself and others using these techniques I have learned and adapted to suit me. Now I offer my services to those that need it, and I offer my knowledge and teaching to those that seek it.
