Well done to team Deerleap for a very successful stroke event! We had a great time hearing patient’s stories and feedback, and recieved lots of support and advice from local services who attended! New Milton Men’s Shed is a charitable organisation that organises peer support in groups session as well as handycrafts in their local workshop. Join the group session or get crafty in the workshop where workshop banter is actively encouraged!

They meet at New Milton Football Club, Fawcetts Field, New Milton, 12-2pm every Friday where they organise regular talks, BBQs and events.

They are also looking for volunteers of all ages to come and help out and join the group or even donations of wood, stain or tools.

Totton Stroke Association Group meets weekly at Totton & Ealing Community Centre. They organise non stroke related, varied talks and events for people to spend time remembering who they were prior to their stroke. They prioritise ‘Time to Talk’ for people to socialise and have tea together.
