These two my very present Zen Masters, Forever reminding me to notice what's happening around me. For when you just need to stop and calm down. Do as the wise and wonderful animals are here to remind us. Be present and stop. Feel what is underneath your paws and breathe.

Looking for a truly unique mid-week escape? Our **New Forest retreats** offer the perfect blend of rustic charm and deep ethical practice, set on a beautiful farm with stunning barn accommodation. We've been selling out for 10 years, and for good reason!

You'll be just 5 minutes from the New Forest for walks and 10 minutes from the beach for sea swims. Plus, it's an easy 80-minute train journey from Waterloo to Brockenhurst!

Each retreat has its **own special theme**, guiding our food, practice, and meditation in a non-dogmatic way. And here's something special for our autumn/winter guests: get hands-on by **feeding our pigs** or even **bottle-feeding orphan lambs, calves, or kids!** (Lamb deliveries are a rare, magical bonus!)
