Here are 10 key elements to introduce you to the world of aerial yoga:
Hybrid Roots: Often called Antigravity Yoga, this style blends traditional hatha yoga asanas with Pilates, dance, and acrobatics.
The Hammock Prop: You will use a soft, silk-like fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body weight and deepen your stretches.
Spinal Decompression: One of the biggest perks is "zero-compression inversions," which allow the spine to lengthen and relieve back pain.
