A ‘Body led approach to birth’

Through my yoga and hypno services I offer women and their birth partners a path to prepare for birth with calm, confidence and connection.

All my courses integrate the body and understanding movement, an active birth and your how to move your body throughout pregnancy and labour

Options for yoga and hypno with Soma Bloom 🌿

1. Preparing for birth. An approach that helps blend yoga and hypnobirth tecqinques together. Learning yoga, movement, breath as well as understanding the anatomy of your body to empower and educate you

2. Ten hour hypno course. Teaches you how to use relaxation, breathing, and self-hypnosis techniques to feel calm, confident, and in control throughout pregnancy and birth.
You’ll learn practical tools to reduce fear, manage discomfort, and create a more positive, empowered birth experience.

3. Shorter hypno courses designed around specific areas of birth.

4. Yoga! Join one of our pregnancy yoga classes on Wednesday evening. OR a private one:one yoga focusing on you.

Vibez this month.

My month has involved a lot of self reflection. I started my manifestation journey which has had road bumps 😜 but I am loving it and highly recommend it. Especially for anyone looking to self growth but not sure how, find direction or manifest something into their lives they want to achieve

The beautiful thing about yoga to really try and remember (whilst this may sound super cheesy to some) is that you are your home. You can do yoga anywhere, any place and anytime simply by become in tune of your breath and cultivating awareness.

Some ways to keep your ‘vibes high!’

Surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you
Practice gratitude daily

In celebration of International Women’s day

I am running a ‘Manifest your vision’ evening 🌙

This is all about creating a beautiful vision for either something specific in your life e.g. house, lifestyle, relationship or a little wider - 2026 vision

We will be using collage and magazines, drawing, colours and dried flowers etc.. to create our beautiful boards to manifest and visualise our dreams, ideas and feelings within us

The evening will begin with some guided meditation to help settle our minds. Follow by creating our board and herbal tea. Finished with a guided relaxation

Oh my goodness - not sure where January went but it flew by !

I haven’t had a lot of time to post on here recently - life has been a little hectic with my counselling course be life in general!

Here are a few of not many pics I took in January

1. Getting back to my yoga practise
2. Van life with the dogs
3. Said van broke down on me - but sunset was lush
4. Lots of books. Listening to a great manifestation audio book at the moment

January isn’t so bad after all — is it? 😅 👀

There’s something quietly hopeful about the start of a new year, even when we know it won’t be without its challenges.

As we step into the last part of January I am determined to continue to spend time with people who truly fulfil and enrich me.
To move through my days with more awareness and gratitude, even in the ordinary moments.

And to stay true to myself — listening to what feels right, rather than what feels expected.

Also, on the theme of my laughing pic - has anyone tried laughing yoga?!

Self care 🤍

Self care is so important. Particularly this time of year.

In a world where we prioritise being busy and often putting others first, we can fail to remember to put our own life jacks on first. Often leading to burn out, anxiety and a feeling of overwhelm

When we do things that feel good for us this releases oxytocin and endorphins. Both hormones are vital to help regulate your nervous system.

Here are some things I do for self care.

1. Spend time with my dogs
2. Walk at the beach
3. Go to the gym
4. Yoga
5. Laugh with friends

My first hypnobirthing couple have welcomed their beautiful baby into the world, and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m so pleased to hear that the hypnobirthing tools supported them through labour in such a meaningful way 🤍

Hypnobirthing doesn’t promise a “perfect” or ideal birth. Birth is unpredictable, and every journey is unique. What hypnobirthing does offer is something deeper:
