My name is Sylwia and I'm a designer, yoga teacher and mindset coach. I live in Lymington and among other things I offer group, online and private yoga classes in The New Forest. I'm very passionate about what I do, and would love to hear from you and see how I can help! The name La Viva Yoga stuck with me due to the meaning these words have. "La Viva" means "Live Long" whilst "Yoga" means "Harmony, Connection and Union". Through yoga we can really bring it all, and make our life more beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable. Yoga and Coaching has transformed my life, and I would love to share this solution, its benefits and results with more people.
