HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY to Bump & Beyond Therapies!!

What a wild ride it has been! I’m still pinching myself on what’s happened over the last four years that my head can’t keep up!

From multiple awards to visiting Scottish parliament, included in Collective, and most importantly being trusted by my wonderful clients to do your treatments. It really does keep getting better 🥲

This year is looking exciting, with a new website, ebook and digital courses coming in the next few months as well as completing my teaching diploma.

Thank you for all of your support, referrals, reviews, likes and comments. It really means the world to me.

Pregnant and craving a foot massage?

Before your partner starts pressing everything… read this first.

Reflexology is the idea that certain areas of the feet connect to different parts of the body. During pregnancy, some points are traditionally avoided because they’re linked to the uterus and pelvic area.

⚠️ Areas to avoid during pregnancy:
• Inner ankle
• Heel & lower inner heel
• Achilles area (no deep pressure)
• Top of the foot between the toes

✨ What is safe?
Gentle pressure, long soothing strokes, and anything that feels relaxing — especially through the arch of the foot.

Partners: your job isn’t to “fix” anything. It’s to help them relax 💕
If it feels uncomfortable, stop. If it feels good, you’re doing it right.
