‘The Gentle C-Section’ COMING APRIL 2026

I’m so excited to share project 1 of 3 that I’ve been working on over the last few months.

‘The Gentle C-Section’ is a gentle and realistic guide to hep you prepare for the arrival of your baby. Whether you are having a Caesarean for the first time, or require a refresher, this is full of practical information, emotional reassurance, affirmations and checklists.

Written by Katie Pearson an industry expert in perinatal treatments (and a mum of 1 emergency & 1 elective c-section babies) and with the help dozens of women who have shared their experience and tips for recovery!

I’ve had some really positive feedback on the project (from mums and midwives) and can’t wait to share its release date with you!

HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY to Bump & Beyond Therapies!!

What a wild ride it has been! I’m still pinching myself on what’s happened over the last four years that my head can’t keep up!

From multiple awards to visiting Scottish parliament, included in Collective, and most importantly being trusted by my wonderful clients to do your treatments. It really does keep getting better 🥲

This year is looking exciting, with a new website, ebook and digital courses coming in the next few months as well as completing my teaching diploma.
