August was filled with wonderful activities and moments together:

Our Residents had a busy couple weeks.
From peaceful yoga sessions with Leila, soulful music with Nick and Andrea, and fun quizzes hosted by Simon and Paul — to our mini bus adventure through the forest, celebrating Lewy Body Awareness Week, exercise to music with Darren and topping it all off with a 4th of July BBQ 🎉🌿🎶🧘‍♀️

What a couple of busy (and fantastic!) weeks we've had!
🧘‍♀️ Yoga sessions with Leila to stretch and recharge
🧠 Quizzes from Paul and Simon that kept our minds buzzing
🚌 Minibus outings with ice lollies – sunshine and smiles all around
🎨 Arts and crafts, bingo, and word games galore
🎶 And live music from the Ramblin’ Men to top it all off!

Our residents enjoyed the busy but lovely week.
We add Yoga with Leila, Quizzes with Simon and Paul.
Since we were having lovely weather a mini bus drive was a must.
Arts and crafts, singing with Nicky and Tracey playing the flute, songs from the Rambling men bingo.
To end a busy week we had a Mad Hatter tea Party and a film

What an incredible week we've had!
We kicked things off with a calming yoga session led by Leila, followed by the uplifting sounds of Nick's singing—such a treat for everyone!

The highlight was our unforgettable VE Day celebration! We honored the occasion with a delicious traditional roast, topped off with beautifully decorated cupcakes that everyone loved.

Keeping the spirit alive, our residents gathered to watch A Bridge Too Far, a gripping war film that sparked great conversation and reflection.

And to top it all off, Andrea lit up the room with a lively performance of wartime classics, while Simon’s themed quiz had everyone smiling and engaged. A truly special week filled with fun, nostalgia, and community spirit!

We had a lovely week with Dancing and a quiz with Simon, bingo, walks down to Milford beach for delicious ice cream.
For St Georges Day we all enjoyed the delicious cake.

Our residents had a lovely couple of weeks
Yoga with Leila, Quiz with Paul
Mark on the Piano and his friend Tracy along side singing and playing the flute.
Easter Crafts which they did a great job
Flower arranging and Easter Bingo.
Delicious fish and chips for good Friday Lunch
Our Easter Sunday dinner was well enjoyed by our Residents

Our Residents had a few busy weeks.
Yoga with Leila, Quizzes with Paul and Simon Games, Bingo, walks to our lovely Milford beach and off course no beach visit is complete without an ice cream , exercises with Darren.
Our eggs hatched and we had some lovely chicks
lastly but not least we had a visit from Birds of Prey.

Our Residents had another fun filled week.
From singing with Nick, music quiz, yoga with Leila, quiz with Simon and flower arranging with Julie.
We had such nice weather last week that a forest drive was fitting of course.
we will soon welcome our little chicks, at the moment they are staying nice and warm in their incubator. I wonder what will the residents name them.

We have enjoyed a catch u after lunch this week, had lovely furry friends coming for a visit. Babs and our Quizz master Simon provided a wonderful dance routine for us, Leila's Yoga helps with keeping us all young.
This week we had staff appreciation week where everyday there were lovely presents for our staff.
we would like to thank all of our staff for the wonderful care and commitment that they give to our Residents and to St Georges. You are all much appreciated.

Our Residents has a lovely week.
Quizzes with Simon and Paul, gentle exercise with Darren, yoga with Leila, a lovely valentine lunch and an exciting Valentine game of Bingo.
