                                            We are very excited to be expanding our breath work offerings starting from next week! ✨
The gorgeous Hannah  is joining us to bring you ‘Soften into the self’ 
Soften into the self sessions are a 90 minute invitation to return to the body, soften the mind, and reconnect with the self. Each session is a guided journey back to your self, a gentle but powerful space when you’re invited to release, reconnect and remember. 
The sessions will include intuitive somatic movement, helping you shake off the week and begin the weekend grounded into your body. The sessions will open and close with group circling, circling invites us back into slowness, honesty, and co-regulation. In a world that often rushes and isolates, the circle gives us permission to pause, speak from the heart and to be received without judgement or interruption. 
Hannah will be leading a conscious connected breathwork during the session, a guided breathing journey that opens your heart, releases stuck emotion and brings you into a deeper presence. The techniques you will learn will also reduce stress and bring you back to your self. 
You’ll close the space with gentle integration, stillness and rest, allowing whatever has moved to land softly. You will leave feeling clearer, more connected and rooted in your body again.
These sessions are welcome to all, whether you’re already on your breath work journey or looking to begin 💕
