✨ August Bank Holiday welcomes our last Yoga Mixer of 2025... 🧘

💘 WHEN: Monday 25th August @ 5.30pm
💘 WHERE: The Barn, Brockenhurst (address details Friday before event)
💘 WHAT: 1 hour of yoga either in the rustic barn or out on the glorious fields, followed by time to connect with your community over a drink or two
💘 AVAILABILITY: 16 spaces available (More may open closer to the time depending on weather!)
💘 COST: £13.00 per person
💘 FOR WHO: Anyone and everyone that wants to practice yoga with likeminded and loving people 🙏

Due to The Brew Forest opening up on Bank Holiday Monday's, we decided to host the Yoga Mixer every Bank Holiday at The Barn. It is a great opportunity to practice with friends, partners or come along to meet new people. 💕

And we are back to normal... 🙏

We have a full week of nourishing yoga this week! Our sequence connects to the "Dog Days", as we come into one of the hottest and closest months of the year, everything starts to slow down, including nature. So we are following in natures footsteps, listening to Mother Earth and giving ourselves some much needed slower pace 💕

We've had a few spots come up in our Wednesday classes, so come join us in The Garden Room in Lymington if you fancy it 🙌

🧘 UPDATE - 5 spaces left ... 🍇

I am hosting an afternoon of yoga at The Wharie Experience (Sway) vineyard, followed by a wine tasting hosted by the producers.

We will be moving through a gentle sequence in the middle of the beautiful picturesque vineyard. It will be themed around patience and growth, grounding and centering ourselves. I’ll be treating you to a little sound experience and then our lovely host Guiliaume will share his vineyard and their delicious wines with you.

✨ When: Saturday 26th July @ 1.30pm - 4.30pm
✨ Where: The Wharie Experience Vineyard, Sway
