For most of us, Christmas is a season of joy. But for families saying their last goodbyes, it can be the hardest time of all. At Oakhaven Hospice, we know how precious those shared moments can be.

A special Christmas gift of £40 could cover an hour of nursing care for someone staying in our Inpatient Unit on Christmas Day.

You see, our care doesn't stop for the holidays. On every day over the festive period, our nurses will be at a bedside, or on the phone to a worried family, or driving to help someone in their own home. We are there for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But we can't do this alone.

It costs over £24,500 every single day to provide our free hospice care - and this winter, demand is rising while costs climb. We simply cannot help everyone who needs us without the kindness of supporters like you.

I’m really excited to be offering mini Reiki treatments in the Relax & Wellness Zone again this year for just £10 - all proceeds go to our local Oakhaven Hospice

This year, I’ll be joined by my lovely friend, Rhi Hepple Naturopath who will be offering mini personalised winter wellness consultations.

⭐️We have the beautiful Cake Haven lounge, a calm space where you can pause or gather with your friends, your mum, your god children and enjoy proper coffee with a vast selection of home made cakes & biscuits, and take 5 before going back for round two 🛍️

⭐️You can try out a mini Reiki or Reflexology session offered by our two experts, you can also take full advantage of our seasonally decorated Photobooth to capture your time with us.

⭐️Let's not forget you could also participate in a Wreath Making Workshop and take home a glorious, natural wreath that will last until New Year (details to follow).

⭐️The MEGA RAFFLE - you might have heard about it? Local businesses kindly donate us brilliant, brilliant prizes - last year there were over 80 - all proceeds go directly to Oakhaven.
