For most of us, Christmas is a season of joy. But for families saying their last goodbyes, it can be the hardest time of all. At Oakhaven Hospice, we know how precious those shared moments can be.
A special Christmas gift of £40 could cover an hour of nursing care for someone staying in our Inpatient Unit on Christmas Day.
You see, our care doesn't stop for the holidays. On every day over the festive period, our nurses will be at a bedside, or on the phone to a worried family, or driving to help someone in their own home. We are there for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But we can't do this alone.
It costs over £24,500 every single day to provide our free hospice care - and this winter, demand is rising while costs climb. We simply cannot help everyone who needs us without the kindness of supporters like you.
