We would like to publicly thank Berni for giving our mum the most beautiful and heartfelt send-off.

From our very first conversation, Berni showed such genuine care, compassion, and understanding. She guided us through every step with warmth and professionalism, making an incredibly difficult time feel just that little bit easier to bear.

The service itself was perfectly delivered — personal, moving, and a true reflection of Mum’s life. So many people have since commented on how lovely and fitting the tribute was, and that is entirely down to Berni’s thoughtful approach and attention to detail.

We are deeply grateful for the support and comfort she gave our family throughout. Thank you, Berni, for everything you did for us. It meant more than we can say.

Wow, what a fabulous email to receive on a Friday - This truly has brightened my day in every sense of the word - I love what I do! ###X
Dear Berni,
We felt we had to write following the service you delivered for our good friend Kevin. Sadly, we have attended a few funerals this month, but we were truly compelled to reach out because the service you led was nothing short of brilliant.
Without question, you are the best celebrant we have seen. Your warmth, passion, and the way you spoke about Kevin made it feel as though you had known him for many years. You brought such dignity, care, and genuine compassion to every moment.
You truly are a touch of class in every sense of the word.
Honestly, please don’t ever stop what you are doing — families need someone like you at such difficult times. You turned a sad occasion into a meaningful and memorable tribute, and we are so grateful.
Thank you again for making such a painful time feel like a true memorial.

Dear Berni,

I can hardly believe it’s been a whole week since Mum’s funeral. Looking back it still feels surreal but one thing I can say for sure is that we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us to give Mum such a fine and fitting send-off. It was such a positive experience to focus on celebrating Mum’s life like that. Andy and I had so many of the other mourners say to us how uplifting the service was. It was absolutely “Mum”.

I’ll be forever grateful to Kerry for putting us in touch with you. You inspired me to write my memories of Mum from my heart, even though I couldn’t trust myself to read them out at the service. Your kindness, patience and experience were exactly what we needed. Thank you again.
