Hello! We’re Katie and Natasha and we run Baby Resuscitation - a not-for-profit community project based in the South of England.

Baby Resuscitation was born from personal experience. Out of that came a strong desire to help others. We decided to turn something traumatic into something positive - by equipping other parents and carers with potentially life-saving skills.

Our mission is simple: to make Baby and Child CPR training accessible and affordable for everyone.

Our courses include:
* A full demonstration of resuscitation and choking techniques
* Easy-to-follow handouts covering all course content
* Refreshments

All for just £15 per person.
Babies are very welcome to attend, though please note we are unable to offer a babysitting service.

We’re passionate about giving parents, grandparents, and carers the confidence to act in an emergency - without the barrier of high costs.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A FREE SCREEN APPOINTMENT?
It’s an opportunity to discuss, in person, the difficulties you are having and have relevant chiropractic care explained to you.

WHO CAN BOOK A FREE SCREEN?
Anyone who is unsure if chiropractic care would be suitable for their particular problem and would like expert information.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A FREE SCREEN APPOINTMENT?
If you decide to go ahead with chiropractic care, you will need a New Patient Appointment. This appointment is up to 60 minutes and includes a further consultation, physical examination and assessment, and the first part of your treatment.

Craniosacral Therapy for Babies is available in the heart of Lymington The Lymington Chiropractic Clinic with me, Jacqui, every Tuesday.

Babies and infants usually respond really quickly to CST treatments and you can see almost instant releases. The way I work, bubba is always the lead in the session, responding to their cues and responses, often leads to a very successful and gentle session.
