Very sadly there is no known cure and life expectancy is limited. Marmite Toast is one of the phrases Tom uses when he is shy...

Oh wow, I've just seen this post from today at Naomi House. Tom just loves 'big red fire engines' 🚒 - he will have had the best day ever! Sophie looks like she had fun too. How wonderful.
