Morning musings from the peices of my heart....
Let me start like this for those of you new to me and my precious business, Thymeless Beauty. It's not "just another salon", it is the dream of and 9 year old girl from Zimbabwe, built on not only the bones of my back but those who truly saw and supported me . Thats a whole other post i will share when the moment flows.

Today i wanted to share this ....
We are told each day is a blessing, it is ...
We are " supposed to wake up with gratitude " I dont, but cultivate it through light and daily practices...

But here's what my heart wants to share...
Each day has its challenges, each day I dont just wake up and smile . Seeing blessing and feeling gratitude is a choice . A choice that I make without allowing it to over shadow all the other " feels " I must feel.

Behind every smile there is a women choosing to keep going through the challenges of being present in all the different roles she plays. So this morning I feel called to be witnessed as not just the women with joy in her heart, but also the mother struggling , the daughter grieving, the sister missing her brother so very much and the women growing.

This is the true essence of Thymeless Beauty ....
A space to love and nurture every beautiful part of you . Each curve , wrinkle and ache in the body and bones . Every part within the spirit that needs to be held and witnessed. A space for men and women ready to show up and be honest with themselves. Trusting in surrender, respecting boundaries and listen to what is waiting to unfold.

"Thymeless travels" a little dream of mine to work overseas is unfolding. I am so excited to be joining Katrin Streich and The Tinkers Granddaughter in the beautiful Tuscany hills.
Kat will be guiding us through yoga practices allowing the body to softly meet movement and reawaken.
While Bob's nourishes our bodies, creating the medicine to nurture us from the inside out.

And then there's me. I have put together some beautiful offerings to help the body relax and reset. Working intuitively with a fusion of massage, pressure points and reiki. Each treatment will be tailored to the individuals needs. The perfect treat to allow all of you to fully rest .

Thymeless Beauty will be off grid till Monday evening. I will reply to all your enquiries then and be rearranging the appointments changed while I have been ill . Thank you so much for all your understanding, this sickness has be brutal and being an asthmatic my lungs really struggled.
I am really looking forward to going to the earth and embedding into my tantrica training and healing this weekend. This feels like the purge before the healing can complete. See you on the other side . With love always Tracey-Lee ♾️

Im not good at slowing down but today my lungs compelled me and as I sat with my breath the sun came in to offer healing. I have so much gratitude for the the way my body and the elements hold me. Its such a beautiful flow of medicine, the key is listening into the stillness, listening between the sounds surrounding us .
