Guess what the Aroma in the Therapy room is this week 💜
Although the kitty is cute, I personally don’t recommend the use of Aromatherapy (essential Oils)for Animals.

This info is from the PDSA
Essential oils are generally not safe to use directly on or around animals, particularly cats, as they can cause severe toxicity, liver failure, seizures, and death. Due to a heightened sense of smell and different liver metabolism, pets are extremely sensitive to these concentrated compounds, which can be ingested, absorbed through the skin, or inhaled.

Also candles made with essential oils. As many essential oils contain compounds (phenols, terpenes) that are harmful when inhaled by pets, especially cats and birds. Even passive diffusion from candles can cause irritation or toxicity.

When we moved to the New Forest I thought I was going to retire!! BUT 💜8 years ago today I returned to my Passion ‘Aromatherapy’ after I noticed a lady at Zumba was suffering. After a few visits she told me that I had fixed her problem when no one else could 😊. I have never looked back I am passionate about what I do and so pleased to have Lovely Clients that appreciate my skills. Can’t thank the Lady enough. 💜

Well that was not a nice way to start 2026 re my Back pain. But recovering (and taking it steady) for my busy week ahead!
