Balance!
🌱How are you in this moment?
🌱How is your sense of balance?
🌱What does balance mean to you?
I think we are sometimes encouraged to find balance in a way that we believe should be finite, perfect and static. That we could misunderstand that when we are balanced, then we carry on in life... unable to make our way otherwise. When, in fact, balance is dynamic, responsive and changing all the time.
🌞What we want is to find ourselves centred enough to sense, feel and know ourselves from within, to respond and return to balance. To make adjustments moment to moment.
I invite you to check in right now… how is your mind? Body? Breath… sense of yourself? Do you feel a sense of balance? Would you say you are balanced? In balance? Grounded? Calm? Present?
These are words people often reflect back to me in 1:1 sessions when we work with concepts like balance when coming into regulation and an inner state of calm awareness. A steadiness, centering and presence within. This to me ALLOWS balance. For a dynamic balance to unfold and become, breath by breath. How about you?
And if you don't feel balanced at all, and the weight of the world is getting you down and pushing you off balance, know there is always help and support available. Take a breath right here and now… and another… you are not alone. What do you need right now?
