Grounding with the Sacred... Connecting to the land. My recent trip to beautiful Avebury Stone Circles and West Kennet Long Barrow was on the most glorious sunny day. With blue skies, green views (except where the farmers had ploughed) and time to walk and connect.

Sometimes the land calls, the elements call and there is a desire to go deeper. To pause long enough to arrive a little further in, a little further down.

Sometimes that feels like it takes me right to the very core of my being and from there I can feel and sense the world around me, the land and nature... But in fact the sensing is internal. I observe that I can open up my senses and be with it all on the inside.

I have great reverence for Mother Earth, for Sacred Sites and the Scared in the everyday and realise we are extremely lucky to have many ancient and significant places close by to explore and visit. For those that are a little further away, or for those like the lady we spoke to from Florida that had less than 1 hour on a tour to see/ feel the whole of Avebury, I have made some short videos which I am gradually uploading to a playlist on YouTube to give those moments of pausing, of seeing and connecting (link below)

How do you connect in? What is it that your heart and soul guide you to commune with and experience more deeply? I'm still finding out but the land and our deep belonging within in is significant, as is our innate part of the natural world and how when we are seeing from our hearts and bodies there is so much to 'see'.

Such a beautiful and potent Divine Feminine Meditation today. Along with the Healing the Mother Ancestors Seasonal Archetype for the Northern Hemisphere this is a wonderful opportunity to soften in and receive.

I forgot how powerful these are and have been immensely enjoying each one this year thanks to the The Womb Blessing Attunement and Miranda Gray

And just like that… Late Summer… Autumn Magic! As we slide gracefully into Autumn I am reminded of this blog post I wrote 3 years ago.

I have enjoyed revisiting and bringing this to life as an audio file to enjoy the words through listening as well as reading.

Wow! 5 years of Havening Techniques! What a powerful set of techniques this is. I particularly appreciate it is so compassionate and inclusive in its application. I often combine this with heart meditation and parts work as well as somatic body awareness and self regulation.

Extremely transformative and thoroughly enjoyable to see people come back to their bright shining self. To unfurl and fall back in love with themselves and with life. The smiles at the end of sessions are so authentic and beautiful 😊

I am very grateful to share this modality and to change the lives of those that feel the potency of the shift from past to present, from fear to love, from trauma to liberation. Can't recommend it enough.
