🌟 Is It Time to Break Free from Addiction? 🌟

Addiction isn't just about the substance—it's about how it's affecting your life, your relationships, and your future. How have anxiety, depression, and fear taken hold, casting a shadow over the things you once loved? Many people tell me they aren’t ready to address their addiction. But when I ask, "What does your ready look like?"—the answer is often unclear. The truth is, you don’t have to wait for a crisis to make a change. Sometimes, defining what "ready" means is the first step to real transformation. At Cheshire Sobriety Clinic, we’re here to guide you on this journey. Consulting from Lymm and Alderley Edge, we offer compassionate, effective treatment that goes beyond the surface. With the expertise of Dr. Shyra Raj using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), and John Wilkinson’s 25 years of experience in addiction recovery, we address the root causes of your addiction to help you reclaim your life, by combining both subconscious and conscious level work. Imagine a future where anxiety and depression no longer control you, where your relationships thrive, and where you’re free from the grip of addiction. It’s not just possible—it’s within your reach. You don’t have to shout about your struggles. Reach out to us privately, and let’s talk about how we can help you or someone you love. Book your free Zoom consultation from our website to discuss how we can support your journey to sobriety and a brighter future.

🗓️ Day 2 “What Is RTT® and Why Is It Different?”

RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®) is a hybrid approach that brings together elements of hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and psychotherapy. It works by helping people access the subconscious mind, where long-held emotional responses and belief patterns are often stored.

Many people find that talking alone helps them understand what they do, but not always why they do it. RTT® can complement therapy by gently exploring those deeper emotional roots, without reliving trauma.

At Cheshire Sobriety Clinic, RTT® is never used alone. It forms part of a structured programme alongside professional therapeutic support, so people feel safe, supported and informed throughout the process.

✨ What do you think influences behaviour more, habits, emotions, or past experiences?

We’d love you to share your thoughts in the comments.

🗓️ Day 1 - “What Does Real Support Look Like?”

Many people who experience difficulties with alcohol or drugs often wonder:
“Is what I’m feeling serious enough to get help?”
“Do I really need support, or should I handle this alone?”

At Cheshire Sobriety Clinic, we understand that change usually begins with questions, not certainty. That’s why our approach combines evidence-informed talking therapy with Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) hypnosis, supporting both conscious behaviours and deeper emotional patterns that may be influencing them.

Talking therapy can help people:

Understand triggers

Build coping strategies

Explore choices without judgement

RTT® works alongside this by helping people gently explore the subconscious beliefs and emotional experiences that may be linked to their habits.

This is not about “fixing” you, it’s about being understood and you understanding yourself better without any of the BS noise. It's about your quality of life for you and those you care about. Long-term change happens when people no longer have to keep fighting the fight to remain sober. It comes with acceptance of a reality denied.

What would you most want from support right now:
A) clarity
B) control
C) confidence
D) understanding
Comment below or send us a message, you’re not alone in this.
