Ever feel like you’re doing all the right things, but your core still isn’t engaging?

It’s more common than you think, especially after pregnancy, long periods of inactivity, or sitting at a desk all day. Here are a few signs your core might not be switching on properly during movement:

☁️ You feel exercises more in your neck, back, or hips than your abs
