Hi everyone,

I’m sharing this to support my beautiful friend, Hannah 💕

Very sadly, she has been diagnosed with ocular melanoma, a rare form of cancer that has now spread to her liver.

The chemotherapy treatment recommended for her isn’t available on the NHS, so a GoFundMe has been set up to help raise the funds needed to extend her precious life.

I have decided to donate all proceeds from my yoga classes between now and the end of March to Hannah’s fund. So, by attending a class, you’ll not only care for your own well-being but also help Hannah too.

Yoga Class Schedule:

• Tuesdays: 7:30pm and 8:30pm Lymm Heritage Centre
• Thursdays: 5:30pm at Great Budworth Parish Hall

Classes are £10 per person.
If you pay me for the class and I will donate the final amount at the end of March.

I’m soooo excited to get back to teaching!

This week will be my first week back in about 18 months!

Starting off with 2 classes on Tuesday 7th January

7.30pm Hatha Flow
8.30pm a gorgeous Yin Yoga practice

Both of these are in Lymm Village at the Lymm Heritage Centre

Then on Thursday 9th January I’ll be teaching a slow gentle practice at 5.30pm in Great Budworth - at the Parish Hall.

Still plenty of spaces on both dates, so if you fancy it please come along!

£10pp.
