Wednesday Morning Ashtanga Yoga ☀️
Join me on Wednesday mornings for a traditional Ashtanga yoga practice — a dynamic, breath-led sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a deep sense of calm and clarity.
Ashtanga links movement and breath in a steady, flowing rhythm, generating heat in the body and quietening the mind. It’s a strong and powerful practice, but one that can be fully adapted to support every body.
This class is suitable for all levels, with the use of modifications, variations, and props to ensure the practice is accessible, supportive, and sustainable for each individual. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, listen to your body, and practise in a way that feels safe and nourishing for you.
This morning class is a wonderful way to start the day feeling grounded, energised, and connected — setting a positive tone for the rest of the week in a calm, welcoming, and supportive space.
