The Worm Moon gently awakens the body’s will to renew.

The Pink Moon opens the heart where grief has been stored.

The Flower Moon supports growth after long holding.

The Strawberry Moon nourishes joy, sweetness, and emotional repair.

The Buck Moon rebuilds strength where we once felt depleted.

The Sturgeon Moon works in the deep layers, ancestral, cellular, unseen.

The Harvest Moon integrates what has been learned.

The Hunter’s Moon releases what no longer belongs to this body or story.

The Beaver Moon restores boundaries, safety, and preparation.

The Cold Moon brings closure, rest, and sacred stillness.

Healing is not linear.
Like the oak, it happens in seasons.
