Too many plastic bottles of toiletries were used and dumped every day in the hospitality industry, polluting our fragile earth including marine environment.

We have introduced Natural Biodegradable Soap and Shampoo to replace conventional hotel amenity items. Hope you would find our plastic free solution acceptable to save the planet from the millions of plastic bottles out there.

If not, no problem! Please just ask conventional shampoo and liquid soap bottles at reception.　Thank you 💕

We are delighted to share with you the exciting news! The Rufus House will be able to reopen from 17th of May, should all goes well in accordance with “a new four-step plan to ease lockdown" announced by the Government.

It has been a long and very difficult time for all of us, but "Spring has come", it is the time start looking positively into the future. Let's enjoy beautiful New Forest. [important - we need to stay safe by avoiding Three Cs and keep practicing hygiene!!]
