Domestic abuse can begin and escalate during pregnancy in 30% of cases, with 4-8% of pregnant women experiencing physical abuse (SafeLives)

There are some people who come into your life and shape you in ways that keep rippling out for years.

For me, one of those people is Dr Lynn Sedgmore. I had the pleasure of studying with her for two years on the Goddess Luminary Training.

This Luminary Leadership path enables magnificence.

It brings transparency into organisational change, builds collaborative trust, and teaches us how to hold leadership for the good of the whole, not just the few.

Today, students from over three years of Luminary Trainings gathered to reconnect.

We shared where life has taken us since our time on the course, and we revisited some of the core teachings to refresh and re-ignite them in our lives.

My biggest takeaway of the day was this:
we can only meet people where they are.

A Goddess Luminary speaks up with a voice for others.

They are continually willing to learn.

They understand the models of power.

They walk at the edges.

They hold an overarching of hope, faith, and trust.

They have the capacity to awaken and inspire others.

They move from a sensitivity and curiosity, a state of being from which all doing naturally flows. A state of gnosis.

The only thing constant is change.

May we keep working with change for the good of all.

What Is Womb Wrapping?
A deeply feminine art of holding, containment and restoration.

Womb Wrapping is a gentle practice where the pelvic cradle, wombspace, your heart are wrapped in soft cloths to create a sense of safety, grounding and deep nervous system softening.
