What was the turning point in your healing journey?

There was a moment when I knew I could not keep living in separation from my body. I had carried pain and patterns for years and learnt to cope, to push through, to normalise what was not meant to be normal.

My womb healing showed me that the womb holds memory.

Emotional memory. Ancestral memory. Lineage memory.

When I met the womb as sacred, not a problem to solve, everything changed.

This is an invitation to meet it through the Womb.

This reel moves through Womb Gate 2 - the gate of the Lover-Mother.
Where the Sacred Heart and the Holy Womb remember themselves together.

Here, the womb is the chalice and the vessel -
a place of reverence rather than extraction.

The Lover teaches us how to open.
The Mother teaches us how to hold.

Together, they soften tenderness into strength
and allow desire to be held as devotion.

• Garnet - devotion rooted in the body

A Womb Temple is not a building.
It is an energy field.
A space of devotion, practice, and integrity that holds women as they return to themselves.

To keep a living temple is to tend it.
To protect it.
To listen for what is needed.
To create space where women can soften, unravel, and be witnessed.

The Crone is often misunderstood as something to move past.
This is an invitation to meet her as wisdom earned through living.

Where discernment, truth, and deep inner knowing reside.

Here, the womb is no longer a place of becoming,
but a threshold - held in the cervix, the doorway into the womb.

The Crone teaches us how to see clearly.

So much is being shared right now about the E.stein files.

As a trauma-informed Sanctuary for survivors, practitioners, and those on their healing journey, we will not be posting about them.

Not because we are turning away from truth, or away from justice. But because we choose to protect the nervous system.

We choose care over amplification.

We choose to keep this space resourced, grounded, and safe.

In moments like this, there are different roles.

Some spaces are here to analyse, expose, report, and debate.

This Sanctuary is here to hold the aftermath.

To support regulation.

To tend what is stirred in the body, the mind, emotions and soul…

We offer containment, boundaries, and support.

Speaking up does not always mean sharing details.

Sometimes speaking up means saying: we see this, we care, and we will not flood an already overwhelmed system…

If what you are seeing or hearing online is impacting you, please soften your exposure.

Step away. Breathe. Drink water.

Feel your feet on the earth.

For me, shamanism is a way of listening. A way of travelling between layers. The seen and the unseen. The body and the spirit. The personal story and the ancestral story.

Womb wisdom brings us back to the inner temple, where life force gathers and truth can return.
