Research suggests that taking these five simple steps can be beneficial in helping us feel more positive and able to live life to the fullest. When practiced regularly, these tips can help build resilience, boost mental wellbeing, and could offer some protection from developing problems.
1. 💬 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 – helps us to build a sense of belonging and self-worth, whilst providing emotional support.

Join Exmoor Rangers on an adventure in the woods on Thursday 30th October. Create nature art, and learn about the secret world of underground fungi, plus help us grow more trees by collecting seeds and leaf mulch to enrich our new saplings! We’ll provide cake and biscuits for a mini picnic too.
Open to all the family, with activities aimed for those 4yrs+ but everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a morning in the woods. Email Pioneers@exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk to sign up
