🌿 Feel Good Fairhaven & Ansdell Wellness Day 🌿📍 Fairhaven Lake Watersports Centre📅 Sunday 12th April

Join us for a fantastic day of wellbeing, community and fun at Fairhaven Lake! All activities are completely FREE, and everyone is welcome.

Here’s what’s happening throughout the day:

🏃‍♀️ Morning 5K Run/walk start the day with a bang …meeting outside the Watersports Centre hosted by Reggie’s Coffee Shop.

🧘 10:00am – Tai Chi with Claire from Toe to Soul Holistics (inside the Watersports Centre).

🌿 11:00am – The Key to Real Health with Sophia from the Treehouse.

👂 12:00pm – Hearing Health & Tinnitus with Johanna from Always Ear.

🙏 1:00pm – Tapping Session Hosted by Fairhaven Methodist Church.( inside)

🐶 2:00pm – Fancy Dress Dog Walk . Meeting outside from Ozzies Treats in Ansdell.

🧘 2:00pm – Yoga with Roy inside the Watersports Centre.

🧘‍♀️ 3:00pm – Meditation with Andrea Diane, complementary therapist
Inside the Watersports Centre.

✨ Throughout the day we’ll also have stalls and a tombola, so come along, have a browse and support your local groups.

Just wear comfy clothes, bring your yoga mat, and enjoy a relaxing, mindful day with us by the lake.
