Ease Lower Back Pain 💆♀️🌿
Lower back pain is one of the most common issues I treat — and it doesn’t always start in the back.
Tight glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, and even your stress levels can pull on the lower back, causing discomfort and stiffness.
Massage works by:

🌟 Here’s a simple stretch you can try at home:
Knees-to-chest stretch
Lie on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor
Hug one or both knees to your chest
Breathe deeply into your lower back — hold for 30 seconds
Repeat 2–3 times
(Always listen to your body — no forcing!)
