A little professional milestone ✨

I’ve officially enrolled in Sports Massage & Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy with the Jing Massage Institute.

This feels like a natural next step — deepening my understanding of pain, injury, compensation patterns and how the body holds stress over time.

I’m already working with clients experiencing chronic pain, postural issues and long-held tension — and this training will allow me to support those bodies with even more clarity, confidence and care.
Slowly, steadily, building something solid 🤍

memory, grief, instinct, life that almost was.

Sometimes the body remembers before we have words for it.

Tummy massage and gentle bodywork can bring up emotion,
not to fix it, but to allow it space.
To soften. To be witnessed. To be held with care.
