Welcome to my 1:1 Diet and Life Choices page. I have been interested in helping people my entire life and after teaching in schools for 15 years, I decided I want to help people lose weight, get active and make some fantastic life choices, whilst on their weight-loss journey and beyond. In 2009, I had a foot operation and put on weight whilst I was off my feet for 6 month
s. I used The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan to help me lose the weight I had gained. I then used it after I had been travelling and after having a baby. I have only really had a stone or so to lose and feel the diet helps anyone, of any weight to feel good about themselves again. I also go on plan in preparation for an event, to de-bloat after an indulging holiday or party season, which in turn gives me energy and a new lease of life. As I have been physically active from a young age, I feel this has helped me keep my weight stable. I want to help slimmers not only lose weight but find something they enjoy which involves moving more. After having my daughter, I felt my mental health really suffered. Through running, yoga, and breathing I found my calm place. I would like to support slimmers not only on a physical journey, but a mental journey to overcome any barriers which are stopping you from being happy. Yes the diet will help you lose weight, yes the diet will give you energy, yes you will feel good about yourself, yes I will help you change habits and become more active, yes I will support you to maintain and yes your physical and mental well-being will be transformed. I am looking forward to welcoming you on your journey!
